Free Standard Shipping on Every Order

All WinSpaces products—from sofas and beds to coffee tables and mattresses—include free standard shipping to supported delivery addresses. No minimum purchase is required.

Estimated delivery: 4–6 weeks after shipment. Order processing time: 2–5 business days.

Standard freight furniture delivery includes unloading assistance at the carrier’s designated delivery point. Moving items indoors or upstairs, unpacking, assembly, and packaging removal are not included unless separately confirmed in writing.

This policy explains delivery arrangements, how to prepare for your delivery, and how we can help if an issue occurs.

1. Shipping Overview

2. Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all products, including oversized furniture and mattresses, to supported delivery addresses. No minimum purchase is required.

Estimated delivery is 4–6 weeks. Please check delivery availability at checkout. For islands, remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or destinations without an available shipping option, contact support@win-spaces.com before ordering.

Standard furniture delivery includes unloading assistance at the carrier’s designated delivery point. Please arrange suitable help to move your furniture indoors. Indoor placement, upstairs delivery, unpacking, assembly, and packaging removal are not included.

If we accept your order for free standard shipping, we will not add a remote-area shipping surcharge afterward.

3. Order Processing & Estimated Delivery

After you place an order, we confirm availability, prepare your items, and arrange shipment. Order processing time: 2–5 business days. Please refer to your product page or order confirmation for any stated processing estimate.

Estimated delivery is 4–6 weeks from the date your order ships, not from the date you place your order. Order processing and preparation time are additional.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, vessel schedules, weather, port congestion, and local carrier arrangements may affect delivery. If the expected delivery timeframe changes significantly, we will contact you.

Please wait until your furniture has arrived and been inspected before scheduling installation or other time-sensitive work.

4. Shipping Updates & Tracking

We will send shipping confirmation and available tracking information to the email address provided with your order.

For ocean-freight shipments, tracking updates may be limited while goods are in transit or awaiting customs clearance. More detailed updates may become available after the shipment reaches the destination country or local delivery carrier. A period without tracking updates does not necessarily mean your shipment is lost.

If you need help understanding your shipment’s current status, contact support@win-spaces.com with your order number.

5. Parcel & Freight Delivery

Smaller items may arrive by parcel carrier. Large or heavy furniture may require freight delivery, and a delivery appointment may be required. The carrier and delivery method depend on the product and destination.

Free standard furniture delivery includes unloading assistance at the carrier’s designated delivery point. This point must be safely accessible to the delivery vehicle. Please arrange suitable help to move your furniture indoors after unloading.

Any additional service must be confirmed by WinSpaces in writing before delivery. Please do not assume that the delivery driver can provide services beyond those listed above.

6. Scheduling Your Delivery

For shipments requiring an appointment, the carrier or delivery provider may contact you by phone, text or email to arrange a day and time window. Provide accurate contact information and respond promptly to scheduling requests.

Make sure you or an authorized adult recipient can receive the shipment during the agreed window. Parcel delivery may follow a carrier's normal route without an appointment. Signature requirements depend on the shipment.

If you need to reschedule, contact the carrier and our team as early as possible. An actual carrier charge for a missed appointment or requested redelivery may apply; we will explain any applicable cost. We do not replace an actual carrier cost with a percentage-based penalty.A scheduled delivery appointment does not include indoor placement, upstairs delivery, unpacking, or assembly.

7. Prepare Your Space and Delivery Route

• Check the selected variant's overall dimensions and packaged dimensions.
• Measure doorways, hallways, stair turns, elevator openings and access routes.
• Confirm building access rules, elevator reservations, loading areas and any delivery paperwork.
• Tell us about narrow roads, gated access, stairs or other restrictions before dispatch.
• Keep the delivery area clear and safely accessible. Unloading assistance is included with standard freight furniture delivery. Arrange suitable help to move your furniture from the unloading point into your home.
• Keep children and pets away from moving furniture and packaging.

Please check both product and packaging dimensions before ordering. Contact us if any measurements are missing or if your delivery route has access restrictions. Do not assume that packaging can be removed before delivery or that special lifting services are available.

If the correctly supplied item cannot fit through your access route, contact us to discuss available options. Any eligible return will follow our Return Policy, including actual return transport costs for personal-preference returns. If we supplied the wrong item or incorrect dimensions, we will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

8. Multiple Items and Packages

Your order may arrive in separate shipments because items use different carriers, preparation schedules or shipping locations. A single sofa, bed or other item may also arrive in multiple cartons. We do not charge extra standard shipping for these splits.

Compare the received packages with the carrier's paperwork and your order details. A carton label may name a component rather than the complete product. If a package appears missing, contact us so we can confirm whether it is still in transit.

Orders use one delivery address. To ship items to different addresses, place separate orders or contact us before ordering.

9. Address Restrictions and Changes

A valid residential or commercial street address is required. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or freight-forwarding addresses.

Check the street address, unit number, ZIP or postal code, phone number and email address before completing checkout. Request address changes immediately. Once a shipment is in transit, rerouting may not be possible.

Free standard shipping covers the initial delivery to the confirmed address. If an incorrect address, a customer-requested address change, a missed appointment, or customer-requested storage results in additional carrier charges, we will explain the actual charges and available options before arranging the additional service. If the issue was caused by WinSpaces or our fulfillment process, we will cover the necessary correction costs.

10. Inspecting Your Delivery

Inspect the outside of the cartons on arrival. Where practical, check the package count and item identification before signing. Photograph dents, tears, crushed corners or visible product damage and note the issue on the freight delivery receipt.

If accepting the shipment appears unsafe or the delivered item is visibly wrong, contact us promptly for guidance. A delivery signature does not by itself waive a claim for concealed damage discovered when unpacking.

Keep cartons and protective materials throughout the return window, and until any delivery issue has been resolved. They can help document a claim and protect the item if collection is needed.

11. Damage, Wrong Items and Missing Parts

Contact support@win-spaces.com with your order number, a description of the issue, full-view and close-up photos, packaging photos and shipping-label photos. A short video may help with an electrical or moving-component issue.

Reporting visible damage, wrong items or missing parts within 7 days is recommended so we can investigate promptly. This recommendation does not shorten the 30-day furniture return request window or remove applicable warranty rights.

For a verified quality issue, transit damage or incorrect item, WinSpaces covers the necessary agreed repair, replacement, return or refund resolution and related shipping. Please do not arrange third-party repairs or dispose of the item before we review the case.

12. Delays, Lost Shipments and “Delivered” Notifications

If your order is significantly delayed, contact us for a shipment investigation and updated information. If it is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered, we will work with you on a replacement or refund rather than treating it as a personal-preference return.

If tracking says delivered but you have not received the item:

1. Confirm the delivery address and tracking details.
2. Check entrances, safe delivery locations and building reception.
3. Ask household members or authorized recipients whether they accepted it.
4. Contact the carrier and let our support team know promptly.

Please contact us promptly if tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order. We will help investigate with the carrier and review the available delivery records. Please do not place a replacement order solely because of an unexpected tracking update.

13. Taxes, Customs and International Orders

Free standard shipping is included for supported delivery addresses. Import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are included in the price of accepted international orders.

Any applicable sales tax is shown separately at checkout. If a carrier or customs agent requests an additional import-related payment, please contact support@win-spaces.com before paying so we can verify and resolve the request.

14. Mattresses

Mattresses include free standard shipping to supported delivery addresses. Estimated delivery is 4–6 weeks after shipment. Order processing time: 2–5 business days.Packaging and handling requirements vary by mattress; please follow the instructions supplied with your product.

Mattress trials, returns and warranties follow separate mattress-specific terms. Free mattress shipping does not create a sleep trial or a free-return promise. For orders containing a bed and mattress, the two items may arrive separately.

15. Returns, Cancellations and Delivery Refusals

Eligible furniture returns may be requested within 30 days of receipt under our Return Policy. Personal-preference returns require the customer to pay actual return transport. WinSpaces covers necessary return transport for verified quality issues, shipping damage or wrong items. We do not charge a restocking or percentage-based return fee, and free standard outbound shipping is not charged retroactively.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation is subject to whether preparation or shipment can still be stopped. Once an order has shipped, cancellation or interception may not be possible.

We will explain the available options and any applicable actual transport costs before arranging a return or additional service. Verified shipping damage, incorrect items, or product defects will be handled as delivery or quality issues, rather than personal-preference returns.
