The Somera Comfort Hybrid Pocket Spring Mattress combines foam cushioning with individually wrapped pocket springs in an approximately 12-inch profile. A quilted knit surface adds cushioning above the spring core, while the white top and charcoal-gray sides create a clean, understated finish.
Comfort foam and pocket spring construction
Somera pairs conventional comfort foam with a pocket spring support core for a firm overall feel with cushioning at the surface. It is not a memory foam mattress.

The comfort layer adds cushioning over the support system. Somera uses conventional comfort foam rather than memory foam, so it is not intended to reproduce a slow-recovery memory foam feel.

TEMPERATURE COMFORT

Cooling fibers in the quilted cover and open spaces within the coil core contribute to the ventilation design.

Individually Wrapped Springs for Shared Sleep
Wrapped coils respond separately, while the foam layers help manage the movement passing through the mattress. The result is a construction designed to reduce partner disturbance.
Some motion can still be noticeable when a partner gets in or out of bed. A stable bed base matters, too.
EDGE SUPPORT
A reinforced perimeter.
Edge reinforcement adds structure around the mattress perimeter, supporting the transition as you move toward the side of the bed.
Mattress edges can still compress when you sit on them. The perimeter is part of an upholstered sleep surface, not a rigid seat.

No. It combines conventional comfort foam with individually wrapped springs.
How firm is it?
Somera is described as firm with cushioning at the surface. Perceived firmness varies with body weight, sleeping position and the bed base.
Will I feel my partner move?
The layered foam and individually wrapped coils help reduce motion transfer, but some movement may still be noticeable.
Will it keep me cool?

Do I need a box spring?
