2-year warranty & powered components
Coverage begins on delivery and applies to verified manufacturing defects under normal household use, including supplied recliner motors, controls, power components and mechanisms.
Normal wear, accidental damage and damage caused by misuse or unauthorized work are excluded. WinSpaces covers necessary authorized repairs, replacement parts and related shipping for covered claims.

Two quiet power recliners give you your own seat angle, and the cushion backs move with them so your lower back doesn't feel left behind. The Velora Dual Power Reclining Sofa comes in 2-seater, 3-seater, wide 3-seater, and 4-seater sizes, so you can pick the one that fits your room instead of forcing the room around it.
Feel the finish up close
The upholstery has a smooth, low-sheen feel that wipes clean without fuss, and the tailored seams keep the profile neat in beige, cocoa brown, or onyx black. At 87.4 inches, the 2-seater works well for a den or apartment. The 104.3-inch and 122-inch versions give you more stretch-out space.

At 137.8 inches, the 4-seater keeps a longer wall from feeling empty, while the wider 3-seater gives you that extra middle room without jumping to a full sectional. Use it for movie nights, a long read, or when guests stay past dessert. The controls sit where your hand finds them easily.

Confirm the full reclined footprint before ordering. Contact us for the upright depth and height, fully reclined depth, required wall clearance and seat height for your selected size. Do not estimate footrest clearance from the overall width.
Check the packaged modules against your delivery route. Ask us to confirm the number of cartons, each carton's width × depth × height, packaged weight and any approved assembly requirements. Measure doorway openings, stair turns, corridors and elevators using the packaged dimensions, not just the assembled sofa width. We have not published verified reclined or carton measurements for these variants yet.

Free standard delivery
Standard outbound shipping is free to supported delivery addresses. Estimated delivery is 4–6 weeks; timing is an estimate and may vary by destination and carrier schedule. Confirm address availability and the final delivery service before ordering.
Free shipping does not automatically include unloading assistance, carrying upstairs, in-room placement, assembly, unpacking or packaging removal. Unloading assistance is included only when expressly confirmed for your order; otherwise arrange suitable receiving help. Tell us about stairs, elevator access or building restrictions before dispatch. Optional services are subject to availability and a separate agreed quote.

Request an eligible furniture return within 30 days of delivery. For personal-preference returns, the item must remain unused, undamaged and unassembled by you, with all parts. Keep the protective packaging.
Changed your mind: You pay the actual return freight cost, quoted for your agreement before booking. No 20% fee or restocking fee applies, and free standard outbound shipping is not charged retroactively.

Limited warranty & powered components
Velora's published 2-year limited warranty begins on delivery and covers verified material, manufacturing and functional defects under normal household use, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
Powered-component claims include manufacturing-related faults in the supplied recliner motors, controls, power components and reclining mechanisms. Normal wear, accidental damage, obstructed mechanisms, incompatible power equipment and damage caused by misuse or unauthorized work are excluded.
WinSpaces covers necessary authorized repairs, replacement parts and related shipping for verified covered claims. Obtain approval before commissioning third-party repairs. A repair or replacement retains the remaining original coverage rather than automatically restarting it.
If a powered function fails, stop using it and disconnect power where safe. Contact us with your order number, component-label photos and a short video of the issue; do not open electrical housings.

TWO INDEPENDENT RECLINERS

One person can sit back while the other stays upright. Each outer seat has its own powered reclining function and separate upholstered footrest.
The center seats on three- and four-seat models remain fixed. On the two-seat model, both seats recline.

Pair the 137.8″ four-seater with the 122″ wide three-seater to create an open, inviting seating arrangement. Position the two separate sofas at a right angle, with a side table between them.
Keep walkways open and coffee tables clear of extended footrests. Each sofa is selected and purchased separately; room accessories are not included.
MEASURE BEFORE YOU ORDER
Plan the room. Check the route.
- Mark the width. Use tape on the floor to compare the four overall widths with your room.
- Plan for reclining. Leave clear space in front for the footrests and behind the sofa according to the supplied setup instructions.
- Check access. Measure doorway openings, hallway turns, stairs and elevators.
- Confirm delivery fit. Compare access measurements with the packaged module dimensions before ordering.
Allow access to a suitable power outlet without routing cables across walkways.
LOOKING AFTER VELORA
A few simple habits go a long way.
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Blot spills promptly rather than rubbing, and follow the supplied care instructions for the affected upholstery surface.
Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive tools and prolonged direct sunlight. Check that the footrest area is clear before reclining, and keep hands, pets and children away from moving parts.
Disconnect power before cleaning around electrical components. Use only care products approved for the specific upholstery material.

Before you make it yours.
Does every size have two reclining seats?
Yes. All four sizes have two independently powered outer seats. The 2-seater has no fixed center seat; the 3-seaters have one fixed center seat; the 4-seater has two.
Is the 122″ option a four-seater?
No. The 122″ model is a wider three-seat configuration. The 137.8″ model has four individual seating sections.
Can the middle seats recline?
No. The center seats stay fixed and upright on the three- and four-seat configurations.
Is the sofa fully upholstered in genuine leather?
No. Contact surfaces use top-grain cowhide. Other areas use matching faux leather.
Is this a sofa bed?
No. Velora is a reclining sofa with separate outer footrests. It does not convert into a continuous flat sleeping platform.
Does the room image include two sofas in one purchase?
No. The pairing image shows two separate sofas for styling inspiration. Each size is selected and purchased separately. Tables, lighting and other room accessories are not included.
How do I check that it will fit?
Check the overall sofa dimensions, reclined clearance and packaged module dimensions against your room and full delivery route. Ask us to confirm any missing measurements before ordering.
Will the color match my screen?
Warm Ivory is a soft, warm neutral. Lighting, screen settings and upholstery texture can affect its appearance in photographs.
How should I prepare for delivery?
Keep the access route clear and review the delivery service included with your order. Confirm any stairs, elevator access or special handling needs before scheduling delivery.
